Very disappointed. Took my son in today. Waited 30 minutes. After waiting patiently, the stylist took someone who came after us. The other Mom tried to explain we were next. They told us to take a seat and we would be next. Very young, inexperienced staff who does not understand customer service. The computer screen failed. Instead of listening who was next they still wanted us to wait. Very disappointed as we have come here for 7 years and stayed with all other turmoil this store endured. No longer. You lost a customer. Teach your staff customer service.
